On Moving to This Facility
What do you think about this facility on Coal? Here's your chance to be heard!
On Being an Urban Church
What do you think about Crossroads Fellowship being an urban church? Here's your chance to make your voice heard!
Prayer and Fasting Guide
We can do very little. Our Encumbrances are insuperable; our Difficulties are infinite. If He would please, to fulfill the ancient Prophecy, of pouring out the Spirit on all Flesh, and revive the extraordinary and supernatural Operations with which He planted His Religion in the primitive Times of Christianity…His kingdome would make those Advances in a Day, which under our present and fruitless Labours, are scarce made in an Age.
Cotton Mather
When we as a church look towards the vision that God has given us, we must look beyond our own capacities and look instead to what God can do. We must look beyond the capacity of our abilities; we must look beyond the capacity of our desires; and we must look beyond the capacity of our love. Let us, like the Puritan Cotton Mather, look instead to the power of the Holy Spirit to bring about the great things that He as a body has called us to. It is in the power of the Holy Spirit that revival can happen. It is in the power of the Holy Spirit that lives can change (including our own.) And it is in the power of the Holy Spirit that the Gospel will go forth and have a tremendous impact on the people of Albuquerque in a truly historical way.
As you fast, take extra time to pray for the church and for its vision. When those hunger pains begin to kick in, go to the Lord. A part of the purpose in fasting is to humble ourselves before God in realization of our need for him in all things. Remember to think of God for His provision in the vision and His seeing it through to completion.

God’s direction for the facility
God’s direction in being an urban church
What it means to be an urban church in Albuquerque
How this move would affect our impact on the city (remember the unwritten motto!)
Who could be ministered to that is not being very well served at this point
How God could use a change like this to grow me as a child of His
What it means in Jeremiah 29:7 when God calls the people to “seek the welfare of the city”
My prayer is that Crossroads would be of one mind in whatever decision that we make and that we move forward excited about God’s vision for Albuquerque.
